Sea Water contamination

I have been notified by Sea Harvest that there is oil pollution entering the water in Saldanha Bay due to vessel maintenance occurring in the water at the government jetty (photographs and descriptions of observations attached).

It was communicated that this is not the first occurrence of in-water vessel maintenance resulting in pollution and Sea Harvest has requested assistance in addressing this matter.
