Appeal against the quantum of the administrative fine issued to Transnet Port Terminals in terms of Section 24G of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (ACT NO. 107 Of 1998) based on the commencement of the following listed activities:

• Storage of handling waste in lagoon, excluding storage of effluents, wastewater or sewer.
• The construction of a facility for a waste management activity listed in Category B of this Schedule.
