We have published the bacterial monitoring results for Saldanha Bay and Langebaan Lagoon taken on 12 June 2024.
Results indicates that generally the water was fit for full-contact recreational use in catchment, with some bacteriological activity at Hoedjiesbay sample point, Saldanha and around beaches in Langebaan. The bacterial activity could be attributed to our first rains that were falling in June.
