NCC Environmental Services (Pty) Ltd was appointed by Anchor Research and Monitoring, as an independent party to conduct an annual external audit on their compliance with specific conditions stipulated in the Environmental Management Programme (EMPr) and Environmental Authorisation (EA) for the Sea-based Aquaculture Development Zone in Saldanha Bay (ADZ), situated in Saldanha, Western Cape. This report serves to document the external audit proceedings, and is a record of all observations, and recommendations made during the engagement.
