Analyses indicate low levels of bacterial activity at various areas of the catchment at Saldanha Yacht Club, Hoedjies Bay, Bok River, Club Mykonos and even at Langebaan Yacht Club monitoring points, bacterial activity is still pick-ed up but on acceptable levels this time.

The water currently fit for full contact recreational use at the mentioned Saldanha sites.

The few rain events during April and May could have contributed to the levels of activity encountered.

Water level still critical.

Please take care with your water usage, we are in a critical situation at this stage.
