Notice is hereby given that the Department of Environment, Forestry and Fisheries (DEFF), granted Environmental Authorisation (EA) for the above mentioned project, in terms of the National Environmental Management Act No. 107 of 1998, as amended (NEMA) and the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, 2014. This authorisation was received on 07 July 2021.
