South Africa’s water resources are facing increasing challenges due to rising demand, climate variability, and pollution. To address the critical need for the protection and management of these resources, the Department of Water and Sanitation (DWS) has launched various projects, one of which is aimed at improving the delineation and management of Strategic Groundwater Source Areas, both nationally and across borders.
We cordially invite you to participate in a Public Stakeholder meeting on Tuesday, 20th August 2024 from 10h00 to 13h00 as a hybrid event. This meeting will be hosted by Umvoto, in collaboration with the DWS, and can be attended either in person at Conference Room 223, Spectrum Building, DWS Western Cape Regional Office, 52 Voortrekker Road, Bellville or online via Microsoft Teams.
