INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE & PROJECT UPDATE: “SAGITTA & CEPHEUS ENERGY PTY LTD OFFSHORE FLOATING STORAGE AND REGASIFICATION UNITS WITH ARA ENEGRY PTY LTD CONNECTING PIPELINE” MOORED WITHIN THE PORT OF SALDANHA BAY & ST HELENA BAY, LOCATED IN SALDANHA BAY LOCAL MUNICIPALITY, WEST COAST DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY, WESTERN CAPE PROVINCE
The project scope will include the FSRU’s and the subsea pipeline as well as the connecting land-based pipeline.
The DFFE have approved a combined single EIA for the three projects noted above.
Subsequently Exigent have compiled a single BID (in Afr & Eng) for the EIA process going forward.
Please find attached the I&AP registration form as well as Exigent’s Privacy Policy in order to comply with The Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (Act No. 14 of 2013) (POPIA).
Please complete, sign and send back the attached form to confirm your registration as an I&AP.
Please refer to the attached Background Information Document (BID) for detailed information open for comments.
We kindly request that NGO’s and other organizations make use of their social media & community communication platforms to invite the community to register as I&AP’s as well.
